Our Story

We’re a family exploring the world one trip, temple, and trail at a time — proving that meaningful travel can start early and grow with you. Come along as we share stories, tips, and inspiration for families who believe adventure fits right into real life.

ENGLAND - 2025

    OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:

    London:

Tower of London - Knights, crowns, prison stories, ravens… it’s basically real-life history meets “cool creepy castle.” ⭐ Don’t miss: The Crown Jewels

London Eye - A huge Ferris wheel with insane views. Super kid-friendly and a perfect “wow” moment.

The Shard - London’s tallest modern skyscraper — sharp glass “needle” building with an observation deck. We had ice cream at the top while checking out some amazing views of the city!

Harry Potter Studio Tour (Warner Bros.) - Not technically in central London, but if your kids love Harry Potter, this is a must.  It’s one of the best kid attractions in the UK.  Schedule an early slot.

Ride a Double-Decker Bus - Honestly, this is an attraction on its own. Sit on the top front seat and you’re basically on a moving sightseeing ride.  See all the major tourist sites!

The Tower Bridge Experience - Kids can walk across the glass floor and watch cars/boats below. Fun and not too long.

The Thames River Cruise - An easy way to sightsee without exhausting everyone. Bonus: kids stay entertained and parents sit down 😄

Churchill War Rooms (Underground Museum) - This is the underground bunker where Winston Churchill and his team ran Britain’s WWII operations. - Why it’s awesome with kids: Feels like stepping into a secret spy bunker, original rooms are preserved exactly as they were, maps, war planning rooms, coded communications vibes, and super immersive and “real-life history movie” energy.

Plus, check out a show - the theater is half the price!

    Bath:

Roman Baths - The reason the city exists! Walk through the ancient bathing complex, see the steaming hot springs, and learn why Romans loved this place. Great for curious kids — there are clever audio guides and hands-on exhibits.

    Oxford:

River Boat Ride / Punting in Oxford - A classic Oxford experience and super fun for families.  Kids love it because it feels like a little adventure, and it’s a great break from walking museums and colleges. ⭐ Tip: If you don’t want to do the work, book a chauffeured punt so you can relax.

Christ Church College (Harry Potter Tour) - This is the #1 Harry Potter-related stop in Oxford - Why it’s amazing: The dining hall inspired Hogwarts’ Great Hall, gorgeous staircases and courtyards used in filming, and the college itself feels like Hogwarts in real life. You can do a guided Harry Potter-themed tour or self-guided entry (guided is better with kids because they’ll keep it fun and focused).

    Cotswolds:

The Cotswolds is one of the most charming regions in England, known for its rolling green hills, cozy countryside villages, and honey-colored stone cottages that look like they belong in a movie. It’s the kind of place where every turn feels like a postcard — winding lanes, sheep-dotted fields, tea rooms, and flower-covered gardens everywhere you look.  For families, the Cotswolds is a dream because it’s a slower pace compared to London, with plenty of outdoor space for kids to explore and lots of “wow” villages that don’t require hours of planning. Explore classic villages like Bibury, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Stow-on-the-Wold.  Visit Bourton-on-the-Water, often called the “Venice of the Cotswolds,” with its little bridges, streams, and ducks (kids love it)

    ENGLAND - 2024

      THAILAND - 2024

        our recommendations:

        Discover New Destinations

Grand Palace & Wat Phra Kaew
Iconic and stunning. Kids will love the gold temples and giant statues.

        2. Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn)
Beautiful riverside temple — great photos and fun to explore.

        3. Chao Phraya River Boat Ride 🚤
This is a must with kids. It’s cheap, fun, and feels like an adventure.
(Plus it gives everyone a break from walking.)

        4. Floating Market (Damnoen Saduak or Amphawa)
Touristy but still fun for families — boats selling snacks, fruit, souvenirs.

        5. Bangkok Safari World
Huge wildlife park + marine shows. Big hit with kids.

        🎡 Fun Kid-Friendly Stops

        • SEA LIFE Bangkok Ocean World (inside Siam Paragon mall)

        • Lumphini Park (monitor lizards + playgrounds)

        • IconSiam Mall (massive mall with indoor floating market vibes + riverfront)

        Kanchanaburi

Bridge on the River Kwai - Very iconic, easy to visit, and kids like walking across it.

Erawan Waterfalls - One of Thailand’s most beautiful waterfall parks.  Great for swimming and family hiking.

You can also find places to see elephants and large cats - just make sure you find an ethical location.

        North of Bangkok

Bang Pa-In Royal Palace (Ayutthaya)  - Stunning grounds and gardens, mix of Thai, Chinese, and European-style buildings, and very family-friendly (easy walking, pretty scenery)

Ayutthaya - Ancient capital city filled with massive temple ruins and Buddha statues. Don’t miss: Wat Mahathat (Buddha head in tree roots); Wat Phra Si Sanphet; and Wat Chaiwatthanaram (sunset is stunning).

Lopburi, Thailand 🐒😄 - It’s famous for having tons of macaque monkeys basically running around the city (especially near temples), and they’re known for being bold and stealing food/sunglasses.⭐ What to know about Lopburi - Most monkeys are around Phra Prang Sam Yot (the famous temple ruins). It’s an easy day trip from Bangkok (about 2–3 hours).   ⚠️ Quick warning

They’re cute… but they can be aggressive and will grab bags, snacks, phones, etc. So keep food hidden and hold onto your stuff. If you visit at the temple they are less aggressive and they provide you with a stick (but be careful, the monkeys like the steal the sticks!).

        South of Bangkok

Ramayana Water Park (Pattaya) - ⭐ One of the biggest and best-rated water parks in Thailand.  Massive variety of slides, great kids’ zone, clean, modern, very family-friendly, and about 1.5–2 hours south of Bangkok.

We also stopped by the beach in Pattaya!
